Processing Fees

Approved refunds will be processed for the net amount only. Any applicable payment processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2. Voting System — Free Votes & Paid Votes

Free Votes

• Registered users can collect Free Votes daily through our platform, including daily login rewards, watching ads, and other promotional activities.
• Free Votes are limited per user, per day, as posted on our website.
• Free Votes have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and expire according to our posted schedule.

Paid Votes

• You may also choose to purchase Paid Votes to increase your voting power. Paid Votes are digital items/services intended solely for the STAR POWER contest.
• Prices and available packages are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
• To ensure your vote is counted correctly, you must explicitly input the correct Contestant Name or Number during checkout. STAR POWER is not responsible for lost or misdirected votes resulting from typographical errors made by the buyer.
• Our system counts votes electronically. In the event of technical server delays, votes will be queued and counted as soon as system connectivity stabilizes.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing Paid Votes, you explicitly agree to our refund structure.

Eligible for Refund

A refund may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the purchased Paid Votes remain completely unused, unapplied, and untallied in our official system database.

Non-Refundable Condition

• Once a Vote, whether Free or Paid, has been officially cast, counted towards a contestant's tally, or systematically integrated into the competition results, the transaction becomes final and non-refundable.
• Free Votes cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as they carry no monetary value.

Processing Fee Deductions

In the event that a refund is approved under our guidelines, the buyer will receive the net amount only. Non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment gateway will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraudulent Claims

• We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a buyer opens a dispute with their payment provider after intentionally using Paid Votes to support a contestant, STAR POWER will submit our system logs and digital tally records to the payment processor as binding evidence to dispute the claim.
• Opening false disputes or chargebacks may result in:
  • Immediate forfeiture of all votes applied to the associated contestant.
  • Loss of all Free and unused Paid Votes in your account.
  • Permanent ban from our website.

6. Limitation of Liability

• STAR POWER provides its voting services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
• We are not liable for any changes to contest rankings, outcomes, or contestant eliminations that occur as a direct result of public voting choices.
• Free Votes availability, daily limits, and earning opportunities may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.
